Just thought everyone might like to be reminded of this learning
opportunity.
I think a new series is starting this Sunday early evening.

Dear Linda,
We are very pleased to announce the first series of bird identification
webinars<http://cornell.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=b35ddb671faf4a16c0ce32406&id=9e034b047b&e=c9d95d7272>from
the Education program at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. This webinar
series is designed to help beginning birders develop waterfowl
identification skills. Each one-hour webinar consists of a live
presentation using photographs, videos, sounds, and audience feedback, and
is followed by a question and answer period where Dr. Kevin McGowan will
address some queries from the audience.
This Sunday, we will be repeating the first two webinars in the series. *Now

The third webinar will discuss the diversity of ducks, going through all
the North American species one by one and pointing out the best ways to
identify each. The fourth session will cover the swimming birds that
aren’t ducks, including geese, swans, loons, grebes, and others.
It’s been fun putting this series together, and we hope you will find them
interesting and enjoyable. We thank you for your interest in our distance
learning opportunities at the Cornell Lab.
Thank you,
