This photo of the POTATOES building on NYS-31 in the mucklands was taken facing north from a farm lane south of NYS-31 in the mucklands. The guardrail in front of the building is for NYS-31 going past it. There are several such farm lanes, and they have all since been posted against trespassing, which is sad because there was great birding from them - winter field birds, shorebirds, waterfowl, cranes, raptors. Therefore scoping from the parking area and grounds immediately around the POTATOES building, including the porch of the building, is our most valuable view of much of this area.
