the male EURASIAN WIGEON was still on the ice edge at the SW corner of Cayuga Lake at about 12:30 today -- behaving much as Ben reported, walking up on the ice and not associating with the American Wigeons nearby. Difficult looks through the trees from Rt. 89, but a beautiful bird.
