Just had a SHARP_SHINNED HAWK fly in to a blue spruce behind the house. Nothing happened, and then a Junco dashed out with the hawk in pursuit. They made a fast loop around the tree and it looked like the junco was going to make it. The hawk took a slightly different route, but both went out of sight on the far side of the house. I am off to see which bird has a happy ending.
