A male pileated woodpecker of unusual color (partly leucistic?) has been coming 
occasionally to our suet feeder.  He has brownish primaries, terminating in 
yellowish-brown tips, and a mostly brown rump which is visible mainly when he 
flies.  After missing his visits for several weeks, I was able to get the 
attached photo (taken through a screened window) that shows some of these color 
variations.
