Hi all, While walking an adorable corgi with Scott Haber today at the Cornell Arboretum we came across a PEREGRINE FALCON perched on a radio tower near the overlook with the gong. It was pretty obvious and should be findable if it's in the same spot.
There was also a mixed species flock that included BLUE-WINGED WARBLER, RED-EYED VIREO, ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK and presumably a young COMMON YELLOWTHROAT that sang like a Canada Warbler. - Brad Walker -- Cayugabirds-L List Info: http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsWELCOME http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsRULES http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsSubscribeConfigurationLeave.htm ARCHIVES: 1) http://www.mail-archive.com/cayugabirds-l@cornell.edu/maillist.html 2) http://www.surfbirds.com/birdingmail/Group/Cayugabirds 3) http://birdingonthe.net/mailinglists/CAYU.html Please submit your observations to eBird: http://ebird.org/content/ebird/ --
