There is a multi-colored pigeon walking along West Northview Rd, off Coddington, banded, can't seem to fly but quite tame. It was here yesterday, barely walking according to the person who saw it yesterday. I couldn't find it when I got home yesterday, and he called the Lab of O and was told his message would be passed along to someone.
It is still here. I have a pic of it if someone wants me to text it to them. Not sure what else to do.
