We got our first redpolls--just a few--last week, no siskins. We see house
sparrows at our feeders only rarely, but in today's storm, a small flock has
appeared.

The jays, of course, monopolize the feeder, stuff their crops with my expensive
sunflower seeds, only to go store them someplace where I doubt they are able to
find them again.
