Scissor-Tailed Flycatcher Today (yesterday Tuesday) just about 6 o'clock I received a call from Gail Benedict that she was looking at a Scissor-Tailed flycatcher. She was in a small cemetery in Pharsaalia. Go to Lower Cincinnatus, take the Brackle Rd.(Rte. 23) towards Norwich continue a few miles past The Brackle Bar & Grill, the Pharsalia Cemetery will be on the left. The bird was very approachable mostly sitting on a wire fence on the far side of the cemetery. Also there is a pair of Bluebirds using a box in the back corner near where the Scissor-Tailed was hanging out. The bird was still there when we left about 7:30 PM.
