Well it looks like the Gray Jay trip has morphed into a Cayuga Bird Club field trip.
We will be leaving at 7:00 AM Sat. Oct 24^th .from the parking lot at the Lab of O and caravanning to Sabattis Bog in the Adirondacks. This will be a full day trip so bring snacks and drinks. We will stop for lunch and dinner along the way. We will explore the region around Sabattis Bog for northern bird species. We may take some short side trips in some of the access (read dirt) roads nearby.Leaving the area around 5:00 PM for the return trip home. Depending on the number of people we will need enough vehicles to accommodate. I can fit two into my Wrangler. If you can take passengers please let me know.
