2015.

Montezuma National Wildlife Complex (MNWC) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex 
(MWC)------------
     2/17: A SAVANNAH SPARROW was again seen in the Knox-Marcellus/Puddlers 
Marsh area. One was seen again on the 18th. and 3 were reported on the 20th.    
  2/20: 1 SHORT-EARED OWL was seen from Morgan Road near the dyke.     2:21: 16 
RED-WINGED BLACKBIRDS were seen at the Audubon Center on Rt.89.

Onondaga County------------
     2/19: A GLAUCOUS GULL was seen at the Inner Harbor near Kirkpatrick Street 
in Syracuse.     2/20: A LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL was seen at the Inner Harbor. 
An ICELAND GULL was spotted along the West Shore Trail of Onondaga Lake. A 
MERLIN was seen on the creekwalk near Hiawatha Boulevard in Syracuse.     2/21: 
A PEREGRINE FALCON was seen in downtown Syracuse.     2/22: A MERLIN was seen 
at Willow Bay on Onondaga Lake.

Madison County------------
     2/20: A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen on Gee Road north of Chittenango.

Oswego County------------
     2/22: 42 BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS were seen on the East Trail of Selkirk Shores 
State Park.

Herkimer county------------
     2/18: 6 RED CROSSBILLS were seen on North Lake Road in Attwell. On the 
20th. the number rose to 8.

Cayuga County------------
     2/21: A RED-HEADED WOODPECKER was seen at Fair Haven State Park.
