At 10:30 this AM, there was a flock of 29 shorebirds that buzzed the Visitor Center pond and landed well West of the berm.
They were by me before I could get a pic but the were long winged, with apparent white tail and had a halting wing beat. My guess would be Gr Yellow Legs but hope for ID. https://flic.kr/p/EJDXrA Shorebirds 3-25-16 MNWR Visitors Center<https://flic.kr/p/EJDXrA> [https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1526/25424255664_cab8aab770_b.jpg]<https://flic.kr/p/EJDXrA> -- Cayugabirds-L List Info: http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsWELCOME http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsRULES http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsSubscribeConfigurationLeave.htm ARCHIVES: 1) http://www.mail-archive.com/cayugabirds-l@cornell.edu/maillist.html 2) http://www.surfbirds.com/birdingmail/Group/Cayugabirds 3) http://birdingonthe.net/mailinglists/CAYU.html Please submit your observations to eBird: http://ebird.org/content/ebird/ --
