At midday on Friday, I found a BAY-BREASTED WARBLER (heard and confirmed by sight), probable BLACK-AND-WHITE WARBLER (heard but not seen), and one or two BLACK-THROATED BLUE WARBLERS by the roadside gates in Sapsucker Woods. There seemed to be a few more COMMON YELLOWTHROATS throughout than I’ve noticed in past days, plus two countersinging CHESTNUT-SIDED WARBLERS in the power-line corridor on the Dryden side. Otherwise, I found no new or unusual birds.
