We launched a canoe at Salt Point this morning and headed north for a bit of a workout in anticipation of an upcoming Canadian paddle trip (Loon country). What a surprise to find a lone Loon hanging out about a mile or so north of Salt Point. He/she even gave us a vocalization, as if to confirm.
