Hi All. Today is the busiest day this winter at our feeders. Highlights: SONG SPARROW on ground beneath tube feeder containing "Ithaca Blend"; Rough-legged Hawk {very white) flying thru back yard accompanied by angry crow. In excess of 3 dozen Goldfinches on niger seed and sunflower seed. Six N.Cardinals. Fifteen species by noon, the most in this very slow season. No Siskins but we keep looking among the suddenly numerous goldfinches.
