Not to argue but I thought Call Ducks averaged 1.5-2x bigger than Teal which is 
why I didn't suggest it. I added a pic that shows a face pattern....maybe BW 
Teal?.....but it might be a shadow. Very small crop from a distant pic but 
visible if you enlarge it.

I'm looking at this bird now. It is almost the same size as nearby GW Teal, but 
the proportions seem different, and the bill is very yellow. I'm inclined to 
think it's a small domestic Mallard, maybe a call duck.
