Hi All, Today I saw an American Widgeon with different colored cheeks than what I think would be normal. They were a golden yellow color. When I tried to look it up, I found it to be called a variant color. Anyway it was in the main pool and enjoying a lot of stolen meals from the coots. https://www.dianawhitingphotography.com/Galleries/Birds/Ducks/i-Prc4B7K/A
