The DEC has told the town that the dam needs attention. The situation was discussed at a recent Conservation Board meeting and there were differences of opinion on how to proceed. Note that the final decision does not rest with the Conservation Board but with the Town Board. The Conservation Board is scheduled to meet tomorrow [Tuesday, November 24] night at 7:00 p.m. I haven’t yet seen an agenda.
