Hello, This bird has been coming to our feeders in Syracuse, alone, for the last week or so. Is it a juvenile male Yellow-bellied Sapsucker? Otherwise, we are stuck for identification.
We've never seen one here before. We live in a residential neighborhood in the city. Wish we weren't dealing with the pandemic or we would invite you all over for a look.
