Three days ago I had the pleasure of hosting an EVENNG GROSBEAK to my feeder. A singular adult male chowed down the black oil sunflower alongside Cardinals and Chickadees. But only for a half an hour and then he was gone. But later that day, and continuing through today, a COMMON REDPOLL male is joining the increasing numbers of Goldfinches at the nyjer feeder. Luckily, they both appeared on one of my Project Feeder Watch count days!
