Hi Madonna, I'll be attending as a member of the Town of Ulysses Conservation and Sustainability Action Committee and the Ulysses rep. to the Tompkins County EMC. I'm not sure whether there will be time set aside for public comment at this meeting or not. I'll be glad to report on the discussions following the meeting.
