I’ve had a few new migrants. Today there was a White Crown Sparrow.
Interesting since I usually get White Throats first. I had a Dark Eyed Junco a
couple of days ago. I do not have them all year like some around here do. My
favorite was the Red Breasted Nuthatch who stayed several days eating the
peanuts. The White Crown was the biggest surprise. I’ve also had more Blue
Jays than normal, up to 10. I think they’re migrants too. I’ve had a few
warblers but I’m not good at IDing them. The one I was sure of was a beautiful
Magnolia warbler. There may have been a Canada and. Black Throated Green.
I’ve got photos of both.
