Had a chance to go over and found a juvenile RTH nearby, looking very happy and flying well. We believe with Glenn that this is the bird he saw. Good news.

The bird swooped past me on Textor Circle and then perched low on the Center for Natural Sciences Building. The bird had no visible injury but appeared to have some difficulty flying. Thanks!
