The registration portal has been fixed, it doesn't say "Full" any longer, you should be able to choose your format and/or location on the dropdown here, at "Register" on the bottom right: https://pub.cce.cornell.edu/event_registration/main/events_landing.cfm?event=avianinfluenzaupdates_244

Be well,

Sandy

Then I guess you'll need to use the second link in the email or the registration link on that webpage instead.
I just followed that link to the registration form and it is saying "Full" but I don't think that is possible, so I've contacted the person who set up that portal to see what the issue is.  May I suggest that you wait awhile and try registering then, I believe they should be able to rectify this issue shortly.

Let me know if you keep having problems and we can try something else.
Be well,

Sandy Repp

In what way did it not work?  I click on both those links, the first one takes me to the webpage for Cayuga CCE where the second registration link and QR code from the email are displayed.  Or did you have an issue with the QR code?

"Avian Flu Updates: Impacts On Poultry & Wildlife" Free Webinar
Experts from Cornell University, NY State Department of Environmental Conservation, and the NY State Department of Health will present a free webinar on Monday, March 24, 6:00-7:30pm to provide updates on Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) — commonly referred to as "Bird Flu" — and its impacts on poultry and wildlife. They will explain the reporting process, and answer questions and offer best practices for prevention, reporting and more.  Presenters will include:
  • Amy Barkley, Livestock Specialist Southwest New York Dairy, Livestock and Field Crops Team, Cornell Cooperative Extension Subject Matter Expert on Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI);
  • Christina M. Hoh, (NYS DEC) Wildlife Biologist I, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Fish and Wildlife | Bureau of Wildlife, Northern Montezuma Field Office;
  • Bryon Backenson, MPH, Deputy Director, Bureau of Communicable Disease Control, New York State Department of Health, Assistant Professor, Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, University at Albany School of Public Health.
Individuals may watch the presentation via Zoom on their own devices, or may choose to join others for concurrent in-person viewing events at several Cornell Cooperative Extension offices in neighboring counties: CCE Cayuga County in Auburn, CCE Schuyler County in Montour Falls, or CCE Seneca County in Waterloo.  This is a free event however attendees are asked to register and choose the format (in-person or online) and location they prefer, using the QR code below, or register online at: https://ccecayuga.org/events/BirdFlu or https://pub.cce.cornell.edu/event_registration/main/events_landing.cfm?event=avianinfluenzaupdates_244.  Please direct questions to Ryan Staychock, Environment & Natural Resources Educator for Cayuga, Schuyler and Seneca Counties, at ryan.staych...@cornell.edu.
