October 28, 2025 Mariners are advised of underwater inspections occurring on the Oswego Canal and Ithaca on the following schedule: * Wednesday, October 29th – Lock O-2 in Fulton, lock chamber and surrounding area. * Thursday, October 30th – Ithaca, western breakwater area. The inspection areas will be marked by a dive boat and commercial diver’s flags while divers are in the water. Boaters must come to a full stop, use caution, and proceed at a "No Wake" speed, and under no circumstances exceed 5 mph.
