The book is a history and has personal anecdotes about his family. I think that 
it of course leaves out the post 2015 or so developments. And they are of 
course hugeDid you read the bio of the mRNA nobel winner — she did her work at 
Penn. I can retrieve her name. IBack to the Gene it explains gender/ gene stuff 
and some of the politics if you will in funding publication, etc

Yesterday I drove up Sandbank Road on the south side of Ithaca to look for 
Bobolinks near the new apple cider business and noted quite a few “No parking” 
signs along the road there.
Probably due to all of us birdwatchers parking along there to see the Bobolinks 
when they come.
I did not see any yesterday, but it was quite foggy and rainy. There were a lot 
of Redwinged blackbirds.
Too bad the cider place has obliterated a lot of long-grass areas the Bobs & 
Red wings used to use.
