*Contract-To-Hire SAP Functional MM Position in Bartlesville:*

GBIS along with our Business Partners and Customers has developed a world
class suite of technology enabled processes. These processes span all phases
of procure to pay. This position will focus on supporting the MM module
while understanding the integration and functionality of the other modules
and working dynamically with those in other support roles to resolve complex
issues or build out future enhancement opportunities.



This position reports to the Global SAP Procurement Supervisor



*Responsibilities*



The SAP Material Management Support Analyst will be responsible for:

   - Application support for SAP MM module
   - Help Desk support
   - System configuration
   - Progress updates
   - Functional integration testing
   - Work closely with GIS Business Partners to clarify functional
   specifications and fully understand customer requirements
   - Participate and support project teams to define business requirements
   and understand the business strategies to ensure project success and proper
   alignment of IS solutions
   - Application training
   - Actively participate in Global Power User Networks



*Basic/ Required Qualifications*

   - Bachelors Degree
   - Legally authorized to work in the United States
   - Direct experience in a similar position using SAP
   - Three years of experience in a business environment
   - Ability and willingness to provide day-to-day application support on a
   24x7 basis

*Preferred Qualifications*

   - Business and/or IT related background involving procurement and
   inventory management.
   - Five years of SAP MM experience
   - Proficient (ability to perform the task with little or no assistance)
   with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
   - Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes and
   procedures.
   - SAP configuration experience in the MM module
   - Five years experience with procure to pay processes.
   - Able to work and function well in a team environment
   - Ability to collaborate and share best practices and key learnings (good
   & bad)
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
   - Demonstrated ability to effectively transfer knowledge as a mentor to
   train and develop back-up/ fill-in person
   - High level of personal motivation and initiative.
   - A self starter who can work independently, can manage detailed work,
   and has the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks
   - Good problem solving skills
   - Interpersonal skills essential to work with internal and external
   clients, other Production Support team members, Technical team members,
   Implementation team members, Power Users and others
   - Strong networking skills with the ability to work and build consensus
   across organizational/ functional lines







*Full-Time SAP Functional SD Position in Tulsa:*



I need a functional SD person (sales orders, contracts, shipping, pricing,
etc).
