India Support center works on 3 shifts to cover customers in Asia Pacific, Mid east, Europe and North America (East Coast). Primary Responsibility: This key individual will serve as Technical Support champion for both internal and external customers. The incumbent will exercise independent initiative with the authority to act in order to meet all requirements for the customer. S/he will diagnose and resolve customer inquiries related to operating Informatica software products in their environment. He/she will ensure all issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion. Additionally, this individual will manage communications to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships. He/she will utilize information tools, training and experience to provide high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, this individual will participate in problem escalation and call prevention projects to help customers and other technical specialists increase their efficiency with our products. Good Knowledge and experience in Windows and Unix Excellent grasp of any one RDBMS theory and practice Experience in Oracle, MSSQL Server and/or DB2 A high degree of analytical and problem solving abilities. Constructively work together as a team, sharing ideas and resources. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills are essential.
