Job Description For a BDM we need following skill set, • A minimum of two to five years is needed in placements and recruiting consultants in the areas of QA, Java, .Net, DBA, SAP etc. • Expert in getting right resume for a requirement in proper turn around time. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong attitude of meeting targets basing on the requirement. • Expert in Vendor development and maintaining relationship to get more closures. • Excellent leadership and management qualities. • Excellent negotiation skills with vendor and employers. • Person should be self motivated with minimal supervision to handle multi tasking jobs. • Person should be familiar with basics of IT applications in areas of Insurance, Finance, Telecom etc Please email your Resumes at [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "BDM" as subject title.
