Job title:        Solutions consultant (Level TBD based on experience etc)

Location: Bangalore

 

Key Responsibilities:

·                     Interact with the inside business development teams to 
understand, conceptualize, create and deliver solution demonstrations in a 
sales cycle environment.

·                     Independently create high quality pre-sales content and 
constantly keep all material updated with the latest changes and innovations at 
Zyme

·                     Independently project manage new pre-sales events such as 
RFPs, RFIs internally and own delivery deadlines

 

Skill requirements:

 

·                     Basic skills in web designing, Java, power builder, Flash 
demo and other technologies to create online demonstration modules.

·                     Good Scripting Knowledge on SQL queries (Procedures, 
Queries etc). Exposure to Any Databases like oracle, My Sql 

·                     Fast learner to understand the usage of ETL tools like 
Pentaho Kettle and tools like flash demo for presentation purposes 

·                     Self starter and should efficiently work in co-ordination 
with engineering and other teams 

·                     Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word & Excel 

·                     Excellent communication and flawless English writing and 
speaking skills

·                     Basic project management skills

·                     Domain knowledge in the areas of Supply chain channel 
visibility and/or Reinsurance (preferable – will be a great ++)

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·                     Engineering degree, MCA or equivalent from a recognized 
university.   Other degree will suffice if 

·                     A minimum 3+ years of total experience in a similar role 
in the high-tech industry

·                     Well versed with pre-sales activity and in extensive 
hands on experience in building demonstrations for IT solutions across various 
platforms.  

·                     Experience in project management would be desirable.

·                     Knowledge of other major international languages will be 
an added advantage

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         To conceptualize requirements based on sales person’s inputs & 
direction and needs of the client.

·         On-time creation of high quality and high impact product 
demonstrations of Zyme’s product and service offerings which will be accessible 
over the Internet

·         Creation & update of standard material used in RFP, RFI and other 
pre-sales related material (Word, PowerPoint)

·         Project Management & coordination of all responses to RFPs, RFIs and 
proposals

·         High level of coordination with sales officers and senior management 
to review & deliver in a timely manner

·         Participate in conference calls, meetings etc during US business 
hours (India nights) as may be required from time to time with sales team

·         Travel across India or to other countries if required

Constantly look to innovate and improve the quality of presentations, 
demonstrations and responses using the latest.
