Job Summary: 

Provides all backline support and systems administration for assigned accounts, 
as well as owns some localised accounts of small revenue value. Works closely 
with and gets daily direction from assigned SRS or SAE.

Responsibilities:
Generates the initial renewal quotation for accounts
Provide support sa les rep with a spreadsheet each month of renewals quoted 
Completes all first year support contracts in Oracle for invoicing
Maintains 1st year order spreadsheet
Implements install base changes, customer contact changes and updates to Oracle 
contracts 
Set up renewal contracts in Oracle
Processing of maintenance renewal contract in Oracle 
Responsible for ensuring customers are entitled for support based on support 
contracts.
Set up of invoicing process 
Processing of credits and rebills
Expert in systems and processes
Produces Sarbanes Oxley checklist and submits to SRS / SAE for final completion
Serves as back-up to SRS / SAE on renewal follow up
Develop and build relationship with any assigned customers and internal Aspect 
groups. 
Collaboratively maintain information flow with relevant internal and external 
customers
Contact customer and review maintenance renewal quotation for requirements and 
accuracy.
Escalate renewal issues as required.
Maintain Lost Business spreadsheet.
Ensure receipt of required documents for processing renewals (purchase order & 
signed contract)
Manage customer support hold process and advise when accounts need to receive 
notification letters.
Undertake virtually any other task that may be necessary to create an 
outstanding environment for the growth of a value-driven company.


Qualification:

Essential:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks with 
extremely high accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in use of standard office automation tools and MS Office suite 
Ability to learn in-house software systems - comprehensive knowledge required
Strong numeric and analytical skills
Previous experience or familiarity with database concepts and terms
Ability to work in constant, pressurised environment

Strong English language skills

Preferred:
Experience in support contract environment - ideally in Oracle service contracts
Experience in a software, telecommunications or enterprise solutions environment
