JOB DESCRIPTION - 

Role Summary 

Replicon is searching for candidates to join our successful team in a sales 
capacity. We are currently looking for self motivated, highly organized and 
energetic individuals who have a proven history of reaching goals. The 
successful candidates will support the sales team by way of processing incoming 
requests for additional licenses of the software product exceeding additional 
sales targets. 



The Accounts Managers are responsible for following up with existing customers 
for transactional sales and potential leads for larger opportunities which are 
to be passed onto Account Representatives in the North American office. 
Incumbents of this role must have a sales focus and consultative approach to 
their daily responsibilities. The majority of communication with customers is 
via phone and e-mail, making it essential that the incumbent of this role have 
excellent business communication skills. It is of the utmost importance that 
the incumbent of this role have the ability to understand and relate the 
benefits of Replicon"s software solutions to customers. 



The Accounts Managers must meet targets by ensuring follow up to all customer 
accounts is done according to the defined process created. 



Core Accountabilities 

Meet sales targets by ensuring follow up to all customer accounts is done 
according to the defined process created 

Process all incoming requests for additional licenses of Replicon"s software 
products. 

Coordinate client emails; maintain follow-up and pro-active communication to 
clients. 

Maintain data within the customer relationship management software. 

Make a commitment to meet sales revenue targets and work independently to 
improve the current defined process. Work Timings: 6 PM to 4 AM, openness to 
working in nights is a must.



Qualifications

Excellent communication skills / active listening skills 
Passion for sales, customer handling, and target oriented. 
Exceptional negotiation skills 
Accuracy and attention to detail 
Ability to work with multiple departments 
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment / time management skills 

Only a travel allowance would be provided, no transport would be provided. 
The candidate should have done Inside Sales previously, should have been a 
consistent performer, and should have handled US customers before.
