We currently have an internal position open for a highly energetic, self-motivated Sr Account Manager to support our rapid growth in the IT Consulting / Staffing / Recruiting industry at our offshore office located in Hyderabad, India. Role & Responsibilities Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions. Develop relationships with hiring / business mangers of clients Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations. Manage and develop relationships with consultants. Meet revenue and bottom line targets Report on daily basis to Executive Vice President on activities performed and submit weekly sales reports Travel to meet clients to help improve relationships and business Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate with other department personnel as & when required Qualifying factors 3+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales in IT Staffing industry, USA 6 – 8 years of total experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably from IT industry Aggressive in nature, consistently met sales targets Good understanding of staffing business, sales process and recruitment process Ability to generate new leads, respond to RFIs / RFPs Ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements.
