across India and US. Offer's technology led business solutions across two
SBU’s i.e. Technology Infrastructure Management Services (Technology IMS)
and Application Software Services.
The company has a highly experienced leadership team which is steering the
organization to newer heights. The company has ISO 9001:2000, ISO 27001 and
CMMi certification.
*1. IMS Sales head
*a. Should have the capability to generate revenue of upwards of 75 Cr.
b. Should be able to bring or quickly make the team to generate this
revenue.
*2. IMS Sales Head (US Onsite)*
a. Should have similar capability as IMS Sales head
b. will be based in US and should generate leads from US
c. He would initiate the business and then India team will take over.
d. This Head would be based in US.
*3. IMS Delivery Head*
a. He will head the complete IMS delivery
b. Should have exposure to Pro-Active and Reactive mode and focus more
on Pro-active solutions.
c. He should have exposure to manage a team of US and Mumbai Process.
d. A Smart guy with a single expertise US or India can also be
considered.
*4. IMS Delivery Head (Mumbai)*
a. Should have similar capability as IMS Delivery head with focus on
Mumbai (India)
*5. Commercial Manager*
Should have excellent negotiation skill on reliance model. Rather than
market rate should be able to sign up deals on cost plus certain percentage
basis.
*6. HR Head*
Should have managed a team of 1000 – 1500 people.
*7. Sales Manager for Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune*
They should be able to drive sales of upwards of 5 Cr.
