*Position: Oracle DBA * *Location: Cincinnati, OH* *Duration: Full time * This is a highly visible role that will be responsible for owning and coordinating the IT-wide offshore strategy including resource allocation, vendor agreements, engagement process and metrics measurement. *MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:* * * · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Excellent oral and written communication skills - strong ability to create a persuasive business case and make presentations to senior management. · Prior experience with creating, managing, and overseeing offshore development and support staff. · Strong experience managing the offshore vendor selection processing - including RFP creation, vendor assessment, selection, and negotiation. · Proven Knowledge in offshore program and portfolio management. · A minimum of 10-15 years of IT and business work experience including managing team(s) in a systems analysis and/or programming functions. · Deep experience of managing large-scale offshore teams and strategies. · Experience with financial planning, budgeting and expense management · Knowledge of ITIL best-practices and change management concepts. -- To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/CBE-Software-Engineer?hl=en
