Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst on similar complex workflow development projects and product software requirements, design and development. Bachelors Degree required. Ability to creates clear and concise documentation that supports NYCERS standard documentation format. Candidate must possess proficiency in use of MS Visio and various flowchart models. Must have strong organizational and time management skills and manage/plan complex assignments with varying key deliverables. Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations. Defines test conditions, and develops complete test plans and facilitates testing according to plan. Project execution; assists in enforcements of project deadlines and schedules including meeting deliverable dates. Proven experience in facilitating JAD sessions. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Must have strong analyst skills necessary to handle all aspects of tasks required; including estimation, analytical skills, problem solving, information gathering skills, business to IT translation of requirements, use case development. 2.
