Rate : $55/hr max Job Title : ETL lead(Data stage) Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 10+ Years of IT; 7 + years of ETL experience (Data stage) Technical/Functional Skills : Must have advanced expertise in understanding architectural/system view. Strong knowledge in data warehousing and modeling concepts Should have exposure to Relational databases in ETL context Should have exposure to UNIX shell scripting Should have experience in architecting ETL in Data Stage environment Should have good knowledge of the Job Control concepts in ETL context. Knowledge and experience in ETL best practices and ability to take on and deliver multiple tasks and assignments Capable of providing solutions independently and drive the team towards the same Capable of architecting ETL solution under different business scenarios Capable of communicating at different levels with customer IT management , Offshore and business Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must. Experience Required Has 7+ years of ETL design and development work using Data stage 7.5 and higher Has 7+ years of experience working with Data warehouse, Data marts and OLAP technologies Experience in SQL Server BI is preferred. Experience in performance tuning of Microsoft applications. Experience in sizing infrastructure is preferred. Roles & Responsibilities : Lead the ETL team in delivering the key DW and BI initiatives for one of the blue chip customers of TCS Aligh with customer It organization and provide leadership in drwing and standards and guidelines in ETL space Collaborate with offshore and ensure deliverables meet deadlines Generic Managerial Skills : Mentor the ETL developers Education : Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
