*Position: Technical Architect/Programmer/Analyst* *Location: Albany, NY* *Duration: 6 Months with possibility of extension* * * *Mandatory Qualification Requirements* 1) Minimum of 5 years experience with each item as a Technical Architect within the application development process based on Microsoft’s .Net and Oracle database including: • use of Oracle Portal technology • .Net, Oracle, PL/SQL experience including use of Fine Grained Auditing and Fine Grained Access controls • experience working with very large data sets of over 1 billion rows • Experience with RSA web protection software Of the 5 years experience of Oracle 10G and Microsoft’s .Net 3.5, at least 2 years must be with Microsoft’s .Net 3.5. 2) Minimum 2 years experience with the following: • HIPAA and HITECH laws and other National standards (HITSP) regarding providing secure data access including consent requirements, implementation, breach notifications and audit requirements • Experience with security requirements for enhanced PHI data (Family planning, HIV, etc.) • Experience with new NPI structures for Medicaid data 3) Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
