Must have experience in Performing Fit/Gap analysis 5. Must have experience in creating functional design documents. 6. Should have worked in PeopleSoft 9.0 eRecruit or above. 7. PeopleSoft eRecruit 9.1 experience will be preferred 8. Experience across all phases of implementation lifecycle. 9. Project management skills will be preferred. 10.
