Title :ETL Data Stage Developer Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ Duration: 6+ Months of contarct Details of the Position: Looking for a Senior ETL Developer, who has strong knowledge in design, development, testing and implementing ETL jobs (both server and parallel) in IBM InfoSphere DataStage 8.5. Job Description: Develop ETL solutions for internal and external data interfaces. Understanding of ETL processes and Best Practices. Work with Business Analyst to define functional requirements and prepare effective technical documentation. Must be familiar with SOA architecture principals which will require understanding of web services implementations. 5+ years experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage 8.X (Server and Parallel Jobs), Experience in Oracle 10G and above and SQL Server. Experience in UNIX Shell scripting, Autosys and Data Modeling. Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with XML packages, WebServices and MQ packages in DataStage 8.5 Experience with Production Support (PS) processes Good and diverse understanding of IT infrastructure and other technologies Firm understanding of software development Lifecycle, release management and change management process.
