Manual Tester- with Reference Data Product & Pricing Experience Jersey City, NJ Rates-$45 7+ · Manual testing. · Reference Data Product and Pricing experience. · Investment Banking Domain experience is a must. · Knowledge of RDBMS is a plus · Knowledge in UNIX is a plus · 7+ years in manual testing o Create test plans for assigned projects and applications. o Develop test cases based on business requirements, functional and technical specifications, and development standards for assigned projects/applications. o Build SQL queries to validate data o Maintain existing test plans and test cases based on code changes and enhancements to assigned applications o Improve upon available documentation (requirements, test cases, test scenarios) o Perform Regression Test planning and execution o Validate the acquisition, enrichment and consolidation of data o Track issues and work with project managers and developers to resolve. o Create and send issue reports to project team and management during test cycles. o Contribute in the development of knowledge transfer documentation o Ability to be a major player in a team o Strong communication and follow up skills (verbal/written). o Strong time management skills o Ability to decipher requirements and test scope when documentation is unavailable o Work independently.
