The candidate will be a single point of contact for all the enhancements, issues , concerns , functional clarifications, deliverables etc.. pertaining to the given application developed using J2EE and Oracle. . 5+ years of total experience in the design, development and very good knowledge in SDLC concepts. . Extensive experience in the following areas: Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL . Experience in Spring and Struts frameworks . Proficient in OO Design and Programming . Must be able to guide the team to resolve critical issues in a seamless manner . Knowledge and experience in applying industry standard Design Patterns for web application development . Capability to visualize the Technical & Functional issues related to scalability and robustness of the applications. . Should be capable of defining and evaluating the architecture and design of the applications. . Expected to bring in proactive improvements in terms of technical and functional perspective .
