Job Title : TIBCO Administrator - Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5+ Yrs in IT and 3+ Years of experience in TIBCO (At least 1 yr as administrator) Necessary Skills : · Good understanding of TIBCO architecture and components · System administration knowledge on: TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapters (Database, Java, File) TIBCO Hawk (Creating Hawk rules) Active Matrix Life Cycle Governance Framework · Should be able to deliver concise & lucid documentation for all project deliverables · Need to have good customer facing skill and strong communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
