Job Title : SAP Analyst: FI and COPA Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 7+ Years of IT; 5+ in FICO and COPA Technical/Functional Skills : · SAP FICO Consultant · Ability to map the user requirements · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Lead the onsite and offshore team Experience Required Required · SAP R/3 ECC6 FICO · FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA · CO-OM, CO-PA, CO-PCA · Account determination in MM and SD (supply chain environment) · Experienced in FICO Requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements, solutions and functional specifications, including the creation of process and data flows · Strong analytical skills, combined with strong synthesis skills. A scientific/technical background combined with sound knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes is a must. Bachelor degree in Finance and Controlling or equivalent through experience. · Creation of technical designs and guidance of offshore developers · Certified SAP FICO consultant. · Fluent in English with excellent communicatin skills Desired · MM, SD for Supply Chain · CO-PCSOX environment experience · Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle · SAP Authorizations · Experience with programming for application development · Additional certification (e.g. Project Management) Roles & Responsibilities : · . Analyze the Cork local FICO system and E2 target system. · . Understand and document business requirements (URS) · . Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario's · . Configure and act as liaison with offshore ABAP developers through the Build and test phase. · . Lead the users through UAT (user acceptance testing) · . Communciate with Analysts and project management through all phases of the project to provide accurate status and projections. Generic Managerial Skills : Able to manage a small, as required. Education : Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
