**Title: Functional SAP SRM Location: Chicago,IL Duration: 6+ Months Contract The client is looking for resources with the necessary expertise to assist with the successful design, integration and implementation of SAP SRM 7.0 with Workflow to an existing instance of SAP ECCN 6.0, and support integration efforts of Ariba for Ariba Procurement Content, Ariba Network, and Ariba PO / Invoice Automation. Anticipated milestone dates within the timeline: (1) Begin work: Feb 1, 2012. (2) Design Completed: April 1, 2012 (3) Build & Testing Completed: June 1, 2012 (4) First Go-Live: Aug 1, 2012 Responsibilities: Functional Configuration Produces detailed configuration of the integrated system software Determines integrated system design of required business scenarios (Ariba/SRM/ECC integration) Identifies and resolves functional voids Determines master file and table configuration Provides integrated system and design expertise in designated functional areas Provides implementation experience in recommending and assessing design solutions and alternatives Facilitates use of implementation methodology Scrutinizes design for integration aspects of Customer Relationship Management Provides input on design and integration issues based on knowledge and previous implementation experience Provides input on technical implications of specific design solutions Provides technical specifications for any required enhancements Provides input on reengineering recommendations based on business experience Assists in performing unit and integration testing Provides input on training approaches where required Provides technical solutions for functional gaps Requirements: Solid understanding of SAP's SRM Module (Supplier Relationship Management), with particular emphasis on the SRM business functionality and 3rd party SW integrations. Good understanding of configuration options and touch points with other modules. Knowledge and experience of procurement processes. Technical Configuration knowledge and business/functional expertise are needed.
