In delivering system implementation initiatives, the candidate will be responsible for: * Developing and maintaining the overall project plan; Managing/delivering all project tracking and reporting; Managing the on-time and on-budget delivery; Working across teams to define the project staffing and managing throughout the lifecycle of delivery; Managing all communications (project team, management level and business partners); Managing project risks and issues, working across teams and organizations to reach consensus and drive resolutions; and Managing both business client and project team expectations for delivery. * Core skills required for the candidate include: Experience* managing projects* in an IT environment; * Strong oral* and written communication skills including ability to coordinate * cross-functional communications;* * Strong leadership* skills with an ability to motivate and engage a diverse project team; * Strong facilitation *and relationship management skills; and * Ability to operate as a subject matter expert for area of responsibility.* ..
