This role is aimed at providing Business Analysis skills in the Spotfire/CDW project and on various small projects in the Global Biostatistical Sciences area. The role requires a senior Business Analyst with strong client facing, analysis, communication and negotiation skills. Previous experience with regulated (CFR Part 11) Systems and some exposure to Bio/Pharma background is preferred. Candidate must be a fast learner, must have ability to function in an ambiguous environment and must be prepared to overcome a sharp learning curve in a short time frame. The candidateâ¿¿s time will be divided between Systems used for Statistical Analysis and Data Visualization. Day to day activities would include but not be limited to solicitation of client requirements, documentation of requirements and traceability matrices, assisting with Data migration and environment setup, assistance in setting up load balancing and failover and additional project related deliverables Mandatory 1. 3-5 years experience analyzing and evaluating business systems, gathering user requirements, developing detailed requirements documents, and producing business process mapping documents. 2. Familiarity with business process mapping tools such as Visio, Blueworks etc Ability to, negotiate and influence outcomes; strong on delivery 3. Ability to communicate equally effectively with IT and non IT audience 4. Ability to grasp ambiguous scenarios and structure them at a fast pace Preferred 1. Previous experience with Regulated (CFR Part 11) Systems 2.
