This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of requirements
development for Release 2 of the client CRM Solution (Salesforce.com).
This role may also participate in testing activities to include functional
and user acceptance testing, test script development, data integration and
data migration, as needed.
Requirements development will include, but is not limited to, the following
tasks:
· Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business requirements
for the following:
o Quote Register
o Infor Quote/Config
o Significant Contracts
o Knowledge Base
o Material Master
o Legacy System Migration and Retirement
§ Lotus Notes
§ Avenue
· Document requirements into a formal Business Requirements
Document.
· Facilitate process to finalize BRD and obtain approval.
· Work with development team, as needed, to complete Design
Document.
