* * *Performance Engineer* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: Long Term * *Job Description:*** - 8+ years of exp. - Develop, execute, and maintain performance testing scripts *using Silkand NeoLoad. * - Desirable exp on HP LoadRunner. - *Performance Analysis of existing application. Generating reports and coming up with strategy/ plans with regards to performance**. * - Proactively engage with Engineering, Product Mgt, and Architecture to ensure new product function points are validated for performance scalability. - Conduct analysis of the results and publish reports. - Do System Monitoring during runs and identify bottlenecks. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance model - Participate in production release validation to ensure successful deployment. - Document performance-related defects & work with Engineering and product management to minimize defect age. - Need to work with HP Performance Centre. - Designing, Coding, Scripting and testing, Debugging code in performance env and production - Need to be flexible and may have to work extended hours and some weekends during production release.
