Job Description
1. Analyze the requirements and frame the business logic for the ETL
process.
2. Extract data from various sources and load in to Oracle staging
database.
3. Use Golden Gate Extracts and design mapping to create Lrf’s to load
into Oracle Staging Database.
4. Create UNIX Shell Scripts to create the tables, process the GGS
extract feeds and for scheduling various data cleansing scripts.
5. Develop Informatica mappings and mapplets.
6. Accomplish data movement process that load data from Load Ready files
(lrf’s) into Teradata using utilities.
7. Export Data using BTEQ and Teradata Parallel Transporter.
8. Create schedules for the batch process using the Maestro Scheduler as
per the requirement.
9. Create high level design documents, technical specifications, coding,
and unit testing and resolve the defects
